In honor of the ten years of the South School on Internet Governance, CCAT LAT and SSIG in collaboration with LACNIC, ISOC and FGV publish the book “Governance and Internet Regulations in Latin America“.

The book which is the first of its kind, has prefaces by Vint Cerf and Raúl Echeberria, postface by Edison Lanza, and 31 articles from 41 of the most important experts on the Internet in our continent.

The first spanish edition will be launched during the LAC IGF 2018 in Buenos Aires, and soon the Portuguese and English versions will be available.

The South School on Internet Governance was founded by Olga Cavalli, Adrián Carballo and Oscar Messano to promote the participation of our region in Internet Governance.
All participants receive a fellowship to attend the face to face training, and in addition the program of activities can be followed remotely by video streaming in two or three languages simultaneously.
The South School on Internet Governance has been organized for ten years rotating among countries of America and has granted fellowships to more than 2,500 participants.
